During the turnarounds we act as your eyes and ears on the ground. If anything is damaged by a guest we'll get pictures over to you straight away. We can take care of any extras you might need and even change your security codes regularly for extra safety.
As part of our service we provide an automated booking system.We understand you are probably hosting on multiple sites and may have multiple properties.Once you come onboard with Fenton's the booking system automatically lets us know when your guests are in the instant they make the booking. You won't have to send us an email every time a new booking comes in. Seamless and simple.

We clean your property from top to bottom ensuring it's spotless for the next set of guests. The clean is carried out alongside a tailored checklist to cover all aspects of your property and a full inventory of your items. Laundry Services
We offer our own laundry services so there's no need to outsource and complicate things even further. During the turnarounds all beds are stripped and re-made with your fresh bedding and towels. All dirty laundry is taken away to be washed and processed on our steam press & then it can be returned in time for your next stay. (If you offer your guests 1-night stays we recommend having three full sets of bedding + towels)
